How do I buy the Marinalife Discount Card?
Go to www.marinalife.com/discountcard to purchase the discount card for $23.99 per year to get discounts, special offers, trip planning tools, navigation alerts for your cruising region, read and write marina reviews, and 1-year free subscriptions to Yachting, Soundings, Marlin and the Marinalife Magazine.

What discounts does the Discount Card give me access to?
The discounts available to Marinalife card holders are listed in the Marinalife Magazine Discount Directory as well as through the Marinalife web site under the Discount Menu tab. The discounts range from dockage, fuel, services and restaurants discounts. Marinalife is always adding new discount partners so check the web site for the most up-to-date list: www.marinalife.com/discounts.

How do I subscribe to the Marinalife Magazine?
Go to www.marinalife.com/subscribe to receive a 1-year free subscription to the quarterly publication with trip ideas and what to do in different ports.

I forgot my username or password. How can I retrieve the information?
Click on the Login button at the top of any page. Choose the Forgot Username/Password in the bottom right hand corner. Enter the email address associated with your Marinalife account and you will receive your user account information by e-mail.

How do I make/request a reservation?

1. 1. Reservation Steps: Search for the marina, city and/or by amenities and click on the purple Make a Reservation button to the right.
2. a. Add slip type, dates of arrival and departure, ETA and click Make Reservation.
3. b. Preview your reservation info: boat info, billing info, dates. Also, be sure to read the rates and policies, add any comments (such as boating with pets, or if you are traveling with a boat group, etc.) and click Make Reservation.
4. c. The final screen will be a confirmation of your REQUEST. You will receive an email from Marinalife within 24 hours to confirm your slip or give you alternate options if the marina cannot accommodate.
5. 2. Note: If you are already a registered user please make sure to log in so that your information will be pre-filled. If you are not already a registered user you will be asked to register and complete your contact and boat information which is required by the marina.
6. 3. Payment: Most marinas require a credit card to hold the slip or mooring so a valid credit card is required to hold the reservation. Your card will be charged by the marina in accordance with their stated policies.
7. 4. Fees: Marinalife charges a reservation processing fee that includes one edit or cancellation. The fee is $7.95 for a single reservation or $35 for a block of 5 reservations; $65 for a block of 10 and $125 for a block of 20.

How do I edit or cancel a reservation?
Go to My Reservations within your account and scroll to Current Reservations. Under the Action column, choose Edit. Choose the appropriate action you would like to make. This is where you would change arrival and departure dates, cancel the reservation altogether or email us a question about your reservation.

How do I start a cruise itinerary?
From the Cruise Planning main menu options, choose Create Your Own Cruise in the drop down menu. You will see a list of any cruises you have created previously. You can click on one of these to continue editing or start new by clicking Add New Cruise. Add the Cruise name, description if needed and the starting point. Then, click Save & Add Legs that is located at the right below starting point. Choose Add New Leg from the icon menu and begin your itinerary by searching for the marina and choosing the purple Select this Marina button. From there you can see the many things you can do with your itinerary, such as, booking legs, printing, emailing, or downloading your cruise to share with others and more.

How do I amend a pre-planned cruise itinerary?
Choose Cruise Planning from the main menu options and select a region and then a cruise. Right above the marina names and legs you will see Customize This Cruise. Click here and you can delete and add legs, change the marina name of a leg, amend your slip type and dates. Then you can book specific legs of the cruise or save the cruise and book later.

How do I change/update my account information?
Once you have logged into your account, click on My Account at the very top of the Web page. Here, you can update your profile including: credit card information, contact information, boat information, cruising region, manage your subscriptions including magazine, e-mail alerts, newsletter and more. You can also view a summary of your existing reservations and the weather forecast for your homeport.

How do I manage my subscriptions and e-mails?
Once you have logged into your account, click on My Profile at the very top of the Web page. You can manage your subscriptions including magazine, e-mail alerts, newsletter and more from this screen.
