Q:		I have lost my card may I receive a replacement?
A:		Marinalife will replace your card, there is a $10.00 processing fee. Simply call 1-800-736-8275 and a staff member will be happy to assist you, or e-mail us at info@marinalife.com .
Q:		How do I change my temporary user name and password after I receive my membership card?
A:		Temporary log-in information can be changed in one of three ways:
		You can use your temporary information to log into your profile from www.marinalife.com home page for the very first time and the system prompts you through changing your user name and password directly on line. Call 1-800-736-8275 and a staff member will be happy to assist you, simply provide your full name and mailing address for verification. E-mail us at info@marinalife.com
Q:		Q: I forgot my user name and password, how do I get that information?
A:		Go to the home page and click: Forgot Password? You will be asked to provide an e-mail address and your information will be sent to you. Also, call 1-800-736-8275 and a staff member will be happy to assist you. You will be asked to provide your full name, mailing address, and security question.
Q:		How often will I receive the Marinalife Magazine?
A:		The Marinalife Magazine will be mailed to you 4 times a year.
Q:		How do I change my contact information?
A:		From the home page log into your profile using your user name and password. Above Contact information click Edit Contact Profile. Click Update when completed.
Q:		How do I add/update my boat information?
A:		From the home page log into your profile using your user name and password. Above Boat Information click Edit/Add Boat Information. Click update when completed.
Q:		Will my e-mail and contact information be kept confidential?
A:		Yes, Marinalife has a strict privacy policy to protect our customers from unwanted solicitation.
Q:		How do I change my arrival and/or departure dates if I have made a mistake?
A:		You can change your dates for whatever reason in one of two ways.
		Call 1-800-736-8275 and a Marinalife Staff Member will be happy to assist you. E-mail Marinalife at info@marinalife.com include your full name, boat name, and selected marina that needs the change, along with clear instructions. A Marinalife Staff member will make the change and confirm via e-mail when it is completed.
Q:		How do I make a reservation request?
A:		From the home page log into your profile using your user name and password. Scroll over Reservations and click on Make a Reservation from the drop down. Select the reservation type, i.e. wet slip, mooring, etc. Specify your search, i.e. specific marina, city, state, or amenity. Click Search Click Make a Reservation Select your travel dates Click Continue Add any additional information important to your reservation Click Submit Your credit card information will need to be entered upon initial use of the reservation service. From that point on it will prefill.
