Marinalife will replace your card, there is a $10.00 processing fee. Simply call 1-800-736-8275 and a staff member will be happy to assist you, or e-mail us at info@marinalife.com .

| A: | Temporay log-in information can be changed in one of three ways: | |

Go to the home page and click: Forgot Password? You will be asked to provide an e-mail address and your information will be sent to you. Also, call 1-800-736-8275 and a staff member will be happy to assist you. You will be asked to provide your full name, mailing address, and security question.

From the home page log into your profile using your user name and password. Above Contact information click Edit Contact Profile. Click Update when completed.
