The Watermark Fishing & Boating Club located at Mile Marker 80.5 in the Florida Keys, is undergoing a significant transformation. State of the art dry stack racks will accommodate up to 380 boats. All of the docks as well as fuel and boat wash systems are being replaced and upgraded. The impeccably landscaped grounds will also include an 11,000 square foot boating and fishing club, complete with high-end locker rooms, and stunning gulf views. The casual high-end restaurant is named Eighty.Five for the property's mile-marker location on U.S. 1., and the executive chef has already designed the restaurant and menus. The boating and fishing club complex will also have banquet facilities that will be available for private events, from weddings to corporate functions.

The marina also has a new rental fleet with new 20' and 22' Angler center consoles; new 22' Hurricane pleasure boats; new 24' Sweetwater pontoon boats; as well as kayaks and canoes for rent! Fuel and Maintenance Services include ValvTect marine-specific diesel fuels and gasoline at extremely competitive prices. In addition, they offer select onsite maintenance services including: bottom painting, mechanical and detailing services, boat, battery and bilge pump inspections, in and out wash-downs and motor flushing services.
