MARINALIFE SIGNS CONTRACT WITH FLAGSHIP MARINAS
BALTIMORE, MD (4/16/02) Marinalife, LLC announced today that it has signed a contract
with Dallas-based Flagship Marinas to use the Marinalife Marine Reservation System at eight
facilities owned and operated by Flagship. Marinalife supplies marinas and boaters with the
first online boat slip reservation system, as well as providing savings, rewards, and
services to boaters and marine-related businesses. The company's client base now includes
thousands of boaters and hundreds of marine related businesses.
In addition, Flagship Marinas and Marinalife will jointly develop a houseboat and small
watercraft reservation module. These modules will be offered as optional features to the
Marinalife Marine Reservation System and will allow marinas to manage and market their houseboat
rental inventory and accept rentals online. Marinalife and Flagship Marinas have established a
partnership that includes co-marketing the houseboat and small watercraft modules to marinas
throughout the United States.
