Rope-and-piling fencing define various areas. A good-size pool is surrounded by tables and rows of turquoise strap chaises, with a poolhouse at one end and views of the docks at the other. A children's wading pool and an adults-only spa are nearby. Picnic tables with charcoal grills are scattered about and a pavilion shelters a dozen tables. On the 1st floor of the Castle Marina Inn, Meighan's, a nicely appointed pub, overlooks the docks. They serve hearty Irish food with entertainment most nights. A pool table is a central feature. The 2nd floor is used for private functions - an interesting option for club cruises.
From the Chesapeake Bay: Steer 175 degrees from the Love Point Light for 3.5 nautical miles. This will put your vessel between Red #6 and the marina entrance. The marina entrance is marked by two flashing lights with day markers on the two outer pilings.and two rock jettys.
From Kent Narrows: Steer 300 degrees from the entrance to the Narrows for 1.0 nautical mile. This will put your vessel just outside of the marina entrance. The marina entrance is marked by two flashing lights with day markers on the two outer pilings and two rock jettys.
