The Fort Pierce City Marina is open and accepting transient boaters. Long term or semi annual dockage is also available. A quiet, clean, friendly gateway to the Bahamas, located in the heart of historic downtown river front of Fort Pierce offering a variety of restaurants, Tiki Bar, Post Office, banks and slips that can accommodate large vessels. The fuel dock at the marina is open. Pelicans Nest Gift shop has a wide variety of nautical gift items including Costa del Mar sunglasses, T-shirts, jewelry, and souvenirs. Every Saturday year round, a farmer's market located on the waterfront adjacent to the Marina features fresh produce, baked goods, arts and crafts and live entertainment. The nearby downtown area's library, restaurant and shops are within walking distance. There are numerous fishing tournaments throughout the year, a variety of festivals and a synchronized music and light show at Christmas and between Memorial Day and July fourth.

South of the south Bridge (65 foot fixed vertical clearance) with a newly marked entrance channel which is shaped as a Y which turns tot he south upon the shoreline. Do not follow your electronic nautical charts- follow the channel markers. As you are heading south, you will make a sharp starboard.
