Popular Victor's Cafe (Sun-Thu 11am-10pm, Fri & Sat 11am-11pm) serves sandwiches, pizza, entrees all day. The round, all-glass ground floor dining room spills out onto the deck; the second floor glass room sports a narrow dining terrace that curves around the building. There isn't a bad seat - the view of the entire Inner Harbor is simply spectacular. The marina is located in Little Italy with easy access to Fells Point and Harbor Place. The nicely planted, well-lit, engraved-brick Baltimore Waterfront Promenade runs right in front of the marina. It's dotted with benches and skirts the shoreline east to Canton Park and west around the edge of the Inner Harbor. The surrounding area has seen a tremendous amount of recent development. The new Marriott is finally complete as is the adjacent condo complex with another on the way. The on-site water taxi makes the whole basin immediately accessible.
Harbor East Marina is at the base of the new Legg Mason building. When you have the Domino Sugar sign off your port stern, the marina will be visible to your starboard bow. Hail the marina on 16/68. Fairway and slips are clearly marked. On windy days, pay particular attention to the direction and speed of the wind as it tends to change rapidly.
