Marathon Marina is located in Boot Key Channel between green markers seven and nine. Our marina can accommodate vessels up to 125 feet for daily, weekly and monthly durations as well as permanent live-aboard guests. We can shelter over 100 watercraft for short-term or long-term storage. Call us when you are on your way down, and we will have your boat ready to go and in the water when you arrive. Located in Marathon, Florida, Marathon Marina, Boatyard, and RV Resort is your halfway point to all the Florida keys. If you want to enjoy sightseeing, dining, shopping, or love water sports like Diving, Snorkeling, Deep Sea Fishing, or boating charters, Marathon Marina has you covered! If a relaxing getaway is what you are after, nothing beats gazing at the sunset from the deck of our oceanfront beach house available for weekly or monthly rental. We have a waterfront resort style pool, Fitness Center, Full laundry facility, and convenience store which are just some of the amenities found here. On-site is the award winning Lazy Days South Restaurant and Bar where you can enjoy happy hour, or a fantastic meal created by our own Chef Lupe. Bring your "catch" and he can prepare it gourmet style. We are a full service marina offering diesel and gas, pump out station at each slip, boat repairs and service as well as 24/7 security. Our Boatyard boasts a 75 metric ton travel lift as well as expert paint, fiberglass, and mechanical repair. We can accommodate up to 8 "Big Rig" RV's in our oceanfront RV Resort with beautiful spacious sites. RV guests enjoy full hookups as well as all the amenities the marina has to offer. Our certified diesel mechanics are available for any maintenance or mechanical repair work needed during your stay. From Bayside: Come under the 7 Mile Bridge in the Moser Channel, heading south, and be sure to clear the last marker. Head east until you see the channel markers marking Boot Key Channel (4) sec Green flasher at night. Turn North after Green Marker 7.
From Oceanside (Westbound from Miami / Ft. Lauderdale): Heading west in Hawk Channel, when Sombrero Light is on your port beam, turn approximately 90 degrees, roughly NW, until you pick up the markers going into Boot Key Channel. Turn North after Green Marker 7, 1 Mile from ICW St. Mile 1195
