Oasis Marinas has been awarded the management contract for Coles Point Marina and RV Resort in Hague, Virginia. The property, which is nestled along the Potomac River, has something to offer everyone! From Tim's Tiki Bar and Restaurant on-site, to its private beach and luxury waterfront cottages, Coles Point has an extensive list of amenities for a great summer getaway.

Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland is notably one of the Bay's best-kept secrets. With major renovations planned for improving every aspect of the resort, guests will have access to enhanced facilities and amenities during their stay. From many restaurants on-site to the beautiful hotel and outdoor entertainment area, this is the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

The new owners of Norton Yachts in Deltaville, Virginia, Michael Kucera and Anton Webre, both lifelong boaters, are thrilled to carry on Norton's 70-year legacy and build upon the marina's impeccable reputation. Their award-winning service center is complemented by an ASA-certified sailing school, sailboat charters and one of the largest dealerships on the Chesapeake Bay representing Jeanneau sailboats and Cobia powerboats.

Harbor East Marina in Baltimore, MD announced the completion of its multi-million dollar renovation. The extensive improvement project, which began in 2016, included replacing the floating docks that service 200 boat slips, upgrading the electrical systems, adding IPE decking, and dredging the northwest corner of the marina. The marina can now accommodate boats of all sizes, including superyachts up to 200ft.

Annapolis Town Dock, managed by Oasis Marinas, is open and taking reservations! For the first time ever, boaters can make reservations in advance for dockage at Annapolis Town Dock in Naptown's famed Ego Alley. This prime location is perfect for boaters who want to be in the heart of downtown Annapolis, just steps from Main Street, tourist attractions and the United States Naval Academy.
