Entry/Exit ProcedureContact the marina office or dockmaster on VHF CH. 16/68 for safe passage in and out of the marina, instructions will be given on where to dock the vessel.Arriving departing to/from Dominican or foreign port1. Navy, Drug Enforcement, Customs (reserve the right to inspect the vessel) and marina representative together will come to the vessel to check vessel in or out of the marina.2. Marina concierge will escort Captain with all necessary documents i.e. Vessel doc, passports and crew/passenger list to the marina lobby for clearance by Immigration and Customs.3. Vessels that are departing for a day of cruising/fishing must inform the marina office and Navy (60 minutes before departure) where the Navy will issue a dispatch document for the day.4. If the vessel is departing outside the hours of operation of the marina (8am to 6pm) please inform the marina ahead of time.5. If a vessel is departing to another port please inform the marina office in good time (day before) for clearance out by Navy, Customs, Immigration and Drug Enforcement.6. Immigration enrollment and dis-enrollment Please inform the Concierge 12 hrs before any person leaves the vessel by plain or arrives by plane, airport etc.- Garbage collection is made twice a day. Please separate organic matter from plastics, paper ETC.There is a $2.00 dollar fee for each garbage bag collected from a vessel. There are also garbage cans at the end of each dock for smaller waste bags.-Please connect to power pedestals with caution making sure connections are dry and breakers are in the off position.- Please make sure water hose connections are secure to avoid waste.Governmental Fees are as follows:Port Authority US$ n/aImmigration US$ 43.00 For Vessel. US$ 10.00 per person.Navy (Navy on site 24 hour a day) US$ 20.00 Dispatch letter upon departure to another port.Immigration enrollment and disenrollment US$ 16.00 each person. If crew/passenger arrive or depart by planeDRY RACK STORAGE-For vessels in dry rack storage please inform the marina in good time if you want to put your vessel in the water.-The hours of operation of the forklift are from 8:15am to 5:45pm.-Outside of these hours if the vessel is left in the tender marina please make sure it is securely tied and fenders are in place we will lift the vessel the following day or special arrangements can be made please ask the Dockmaster.-Ocean World Marina prefers if the owner/captain of the vessel is present when the vessel is being launched or retrieved by the forklift.
