At Annapolis Town Dock, a privately owned and operated marina, you will be located in the historic heart of Annapolis - the sailing capital of the United States! Annapolis Town Dock is a 220ft strip of alongside dockage on the port side of Ego Alley when entering the channel. Formerly known as Fawcett's, Annapolis Town Dock is positioned in front of brand-new multi-purpose space. Tie up here on their alongside dock, and you'll be able to explore dozens of restaurants, speciality boutiques, art galleries, gift shops, and more, all just steps from your boat! At Annapolis Town Dock in Annapolis, MD water hookup is included in your slip rate, and electric is charged at a flat rate per night. The marina does have a 30 foot minimum charge for all dockage.
Don't forget to try a famous Painkiller from Pusser's, one of our favorite local haunts. From your boat, you'll be able to take in the hustle and bustle of downtown, while enjoying the panoramic views of the city, the Naval Academy, and the Chesapeake Bay. MINIMUM PRICE AND MINIMUM NIGHT STAY: Annapolis Town Dock enforces a 30' minimum price for all dates except for holidays and special events, where the marina enforces a 40' minimum price. Additionally, Annapolis Town Dock enforces a 2 night minimum stay requirement for holidays and special events, included but not limited to USNA Commissioning Week, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48-hour window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact hello@snagaslip.com.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 7-day cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, USNA Commissioning Week, Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7-day window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. SHORE POWER NOTICE: This marina's power pedestals use an Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter due to new electrical code requirements requiring greater ground fault protection in marinas. As a result, some vessels may not be compatible with their shore power systems.
FACILITIES NOTICE: There are no bathroom or shower facilities specifically at Annapolis Town Dock. There are free bathrooms only available on Dock Street.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS: Annapolis Town Dock does not allow commercial operations on site. Please contact the marina directly at annapolistowndock@oasismarinas.com to discuss any commercial ventures. This includes, but is not limited to, charters, boat rentals, party packages and using the marina as a pick-up/drop-off location.
