The estate has a 40 slip full-service marina, 30 luxuriously furnished suites with private balconies, a bait and tackle shop, boat rentals, tennis, heated swimming pool, white sandy beach, restaurant, and lounge.If you're visiting Caloosa Cove Marina, be sure to head to the Tiki Bar for a yummy Caribbean inspired cocktail and music. There is a restaurant on the property steps away from your slip that features Cuban-inspired cuisine: Habano's Oceanfront Restaurant. Don't forget to gas up or empty out using the fuel dock and pump-out station before heading out for more cruising. This marina really has it all! Please Note: Any power requirements of 50 AMP will be metered electric and billed separately by the marina at the end of your stay. You will reconcile electric costs with the marina operator before leaving.
