DYC has a private 49 slip marina. Assigned slip owners may rent out their slips for a fee to long term slip seekers. Inside slips = 55 ft. max and 20 beam max. ranging from rents approx. $600/mo. to $900/mo.The east dock slips allow for a larger vessel. 83 foot max. length and 20 ft. beam max. All pedestals have dual 50 amp power and 110 power. Water and WiFi are included. Power is to be the responsibility of the vessel owner. No sailboats, liveaboards or commercial vessels!! A lease agreement is required along with written agreement to our marina rules.
