Monthly power is metered. Owned by the 600-member First Nation Campbell River Indian Band. Built on reserve land in 1998, this $60-million project is a joint venture with Northwest Real Estate Developments and is staffed by Band members. CRIB operates House of Treasures, a large art gallery and gift shop. The northern sector of the marina is dedicated to commercial vessels. Customs clearance is available. Fish cleaning stations are on floats "D" and "F". A pleasant tile-floored bathouse has Formica vanities with drop-in sinks and tile showers with dressing rooms.
