Transient Dockage: $2.50/ft/night
Transient Moorings: $45/night
Cancellation Policy: Fair Haven Yacht Works SMI Opco, ("OpCo") will refund a reservation deposit, minus a cancellation fee, provided the reservation is canceled no less than 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on the arrival date. Cancellation Fee is 15% of total reserved slip amount or $25.00 whichever is greater. If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to 12:00 noon on the arrival date, then the entire deposit is forfeited. Vessels over 75' canceling, forfeit entire deposit regardless of when reservation is canceled. In the event the reservation is not canceled, and the above vessel fails to arrive, regardless of reason, Fair Haven Yacht Works will charge for the total reserved slip amount.
