On the southwest side of Howe Sound, a series of floating docks are connected by two steel gangplanks that lead up to a concrete wharf. Perched on the wharf is a dramatic natural-singled dockhouse and outbuildings. The teal green roof is supported by whimsical, hand-carved pillars and topped by a large cupola. A stone jetty protects the slips and supports a long boardwalk, furnished with benches, that extends out to the "vista" gazebo.
