Higgins Yacht Yard is the last full-service boatyard in the town of St. Michaels. We are located at the foot of Carpenter Street on the harbor front, two short blocks to town center. Transient slips at best prices in town. 30 & 50 amp shore power available. Slips include wifi and water. Short walk to Restaurants, Museums, Boutique Shops, Brewery, Distillery and more.Travel lift and Crane on site. Marine services include mechanical repair, fiberglass & painting, bottom cleaning, shrink wrapping, etc.
Weekday Rate - $1.75/ft/nightWeekend Rate - $2.25/ft/night with a 2 night minimum or $2.75/ft/night for one night onlyCatamarans - $3/ft/nightElectric Available- 30 amp ($10 per night) and 50 amp ($15 per night)Special Event and Holiday Weekends require a 2 night minimum.
This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. We ask that you check -in at the marina office upon your arrival. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying. If you do not call and cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your expected arrival, you will be charged for one night's dockage. Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 48 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
