KPYY is a Full Service Yacht Yard with two locations off the Piscataqua River in Southern Maine across from Portsmouth, NH. We have been providing quality service to mariners up and down the east coast for over 45 years. KPYY acquired Pattens Yacht Yard in 2007. This transaction combined the two oldest, southernmost and well respected yards in the area. Together we have combined a proud tradition of boat building, vessel refurbishement and repair. Our full time crew boasts over 250 years of collective knowledge and experience. We have dry storage capacity for up to 200 boats with a haul out capacity of up to 70 tons. Our Kittery mooring field consists of 43 deep water moorings in the most protected basin in the area.á áOur talented and experienced crew will care for your boat in the manner you expect and deserve.
