The marina features 400 slips, covered moorage, a full service boatyard with travelift, marine supply store, mechanic shop, yacht sales office, The Shipyard Restaurant and Pub, Mariners Market & Espresso Bar, as well as a float home community. In addition, ocean view home sites are currently being offered for sale at The Rise on Maple Bay.

This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying. If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage. Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 24 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
