Rules at Red Eye's Dock BarIn order to provide an enjoyable and safe visit for all Red Eye's Dock Bar patrons and employees, the following rules shall apply and be enforced: 1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time for any reason, if We, in our sole judgment, believe the person is a risk to the safety of our property, our employees, other persons, or to themselves. 2. No minors shall be allowed on the premise unless accompanied by a legal guardian, who shall be fully responsible for the minor's actions, behavior and safety. Under no circumstances are minors allowed in the bar areas at anytime, or on the premise from 6:00pm until closing on Fridays and Saturdays, or 1:00pm until closing on Sundays. 3. No drinks may be brought onto the premise or removed from the premise. Boats tied to our dock are considered on the premise. 4. No pets are allowed on the premise. 5. No motorcycle club/gang "colors" may be worn on the premise. 6. No illegal activities shall be tolerated on the premise.Policy for Starting a Credit Card TabOur bartenders are responsible for closing all tabs at the end of their shift. They must pay the tabs for walkouts. Our policy to open a tab is to require that you provide a credit card, which we will pre-authorize for up to $100.00. If you leave without settling your tab we will add an 18% gratuity and close the tab.Note: when a card is pre-authorized, and you check your balance online, your card holder will show the $100.00 pre-authorization as a charge from 1-3 business days (depending upon your bank's policies). When the actual credit card charge is processed the pre-authorization is purged from your online statement. This is beyond our control. If you do not wish to have $100.00 of your credit card line held, pay cash. No checks are accepted. There is an ATM on site.
