STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48-hour window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 7-day ancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7-day window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: The Wharf Marina enforces a 3 night minimum for arrivals for holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT POLICY: Guest may begin to check in anytime after noon. Check out must occur by 11:00 am. Late Check-In Policy: In the event of a check in after hours please contact the marina with your information to receive docking instructions.
SHORE POWER NOTICE: If your boat requires Double 30AMP electric, please bring a power adaptor for your boat to adapt to Single 50AMP electric, as The Wharf Marina has limited 30amp capability. This marina's power pedestals use an Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter due to new electrical code requirements requiring greater ground fault protection in marinas. As a result, some vessels may not be compatible with their shore power systems. It is the vessel owner's responsibility to make sure that their vessel is compliant with the marina’s shore power system. Vessels that fail to comply will not be able to connect to shore power. Refund of any associated fees is at the discretion of the management company. Compliance testing is available, please contact the marina office prior to the day of arrival to schedule.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS: The Wharf Marina does not allow commercial operations on site. This includes, but is not limited to, charters, boat rentals, party packages and using the marina as a pick-up/drop-off location. Please contact the marina directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any commercial ventures. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises and legal action.
SOLICIATION: The Wharf Marina prohibits solicitation on its premises. Solicitation includes any form of commercial or promotional activity, such as offering goods, services, or business opportunities to marina patrons, guests, or staff without prior authorization. This includes, but is not limited to, sales, marketing, distribution of promotional materials, and conducting surveys or interviews. The Wharf Marina reserves the right to restrict or prohibit solicitation at its sole discretion, and may enforce this policy through appropriate measures, including but not limited to, signage, security personnel, and legal action if necessary. The Wharf Marina is committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and private environment for all marina users, and appreciates your cooperation in adhering to this solicitation policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate removal from the premises and legal action.
PET POLICY: This marina is pet-friendly. Animals must be leashed and supervised at all times.
