Westpoint Harbor is located in the South San Francisco Bay, and enjoys a perfect Mediterranean climate. The Harbor features close access to Redwood City and the San Francisco Peninsula, deep-water access to the Bay, and a protected marina basin free of strong currents and surges.

Utilities: All slips except side-ties include a dock box, water, phone/DSL line, Wifi and parking. Electricity is metered and charged based on PG&E rates. Deposit: A security deposit equal to 1.5 times the monthly rent is required, and is refundable with 30 days advanced notice of departure, less any outstanding balances. Live-Aboard Fee: Live-aboard slip assignments are limited to 10% of all slips, and such assignment is required for any Vessel owner who regularly stays on board more than 4 days per week. Live-aboard fees are 50% of the regular slip fee. Extended-Stay Fee: Vessel owners who have a permanent land residence and wish to stay on their boat up to 3 days per week on a regular basis may apply for Extended-Stay status.
