JOINING MARINALIFE

How can I receive discounts on fuel, dockage, and other services through Marinalife?

Once you join either the Cruising Club or Cruising Club + Sea Tow membership, you will be eligible for dockage, fuel, and other discounts with participating partners, as well as many other benefits! Review our membership options above, and choose the one that is the best fit for you.

Once you are a member, all you need to do is mention you are a Cruising Club Member with Marinalife when making your dockage reservations, before fueling up, or when taking advantage of another discount. You will need to confirm by providing your membership number, found on your card, or by presenting your digital or physical membership card for verification when services are rendered.

Can I get Marinalife dockage discounts when booking online with Snag-A-Slip?

Yes! All you need to do is sign up for a free Snag-A-Slip account using the same email address on file with Marinalife. Eligible discounts will apply automatically during checkout.

If you already have a Snag-A-Slip account and your Marinalife Membership is not yet showing, you can add it. Simply log into your account and navigate to Personal Info. From there, add your Marinalife Membership email into the Marinalife box in order to verify your membership. Please note that each Marinalife Membership can only be associated with one (1) Snag-A-Slip account.

Are Digital Subscribers or Magazine Members eligible for dockage, fuel, and other discounts?

Digital Subscribers and Magazine Members are not eligible for dockage and other discounts. To receive these discounts and other benefits, such as the free boat show ticket, please join or upgrade to the Cruising Club or Cruising Club + Sea Tow levels.

I am a Digital Subscriber. Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes! To get started, please log in to your existing account, and navigate to your Member Profile. From there, go to Membership, and then to Upgrade. You will be able to choose between our Magazine only membership, our Cruising Club membership, or the Cruising Club + Sea Tow membership.

What extra benefits do I get for adding Sea Tow to my Marinalife membership?

Members that upgrade to add Sea Tow Gold Card Towing to their Marinalife membership receive 1 year of Sea Tow services in addition to all of the benefits of the Marinalife Cruising Club! You can explore all of the benefits of Sea Tow here: https://marinalife.com/sea-tow/

How long does a Marinalife membership last?

Membership expiration is 1 year from the date you joined or renewed, and you can even select to auto-renew so that your membership never lapses. If you upgrade or renew early, a prorated amount of your previous membership cost will be applied towards your new membership.

I haven't received my Marinalife Membership card yet. What should I do?

We are now providing instant digital membership cards that you can add to your phone’s mobile wallet! Simply visit your account and navigate to your Membership Card area to generate your digital card today.

If you prefer a physical card instead, please change your preferences in your account. Physical cards will be mailed to the address on file in your account at the beginning of your membership year.

MANAGING YOUR OPT INS & BENEFITS

How do I sign up for the free boat show ticket?

To view the list of eligible boat show tickets & to select your free boat show ticket, visit your Member Profile and manage your Opt-Ins. Cruising Club members are eligible for ONE (1) free boat show ticket per membership year.

Please note, the ticket selection cut off is 4 business days ahead of the first date of the show. Members who opt-in to a ticket for a specific show past the cut off date may not be accommodated with a ticket for that show.

I selected a free boat show ticket, how do I receive it?

Ticket(s) will be distributed via email 1 day ahead of the General Admission dates for the selected show. The free ticket is only valid for General Admission dates and not for preview or VIP dates.

Please note, the ticket selection cut off is 4 business days ahead of the first date of the show. Members who opt-in to a ticket for a specific show past the cut off date may not be accommodated with a ticket for that show.

How do I make sure I receive the Marinalife Magazine?

To make sure your Marinalife Magazine is delivered right to your door, visit your Member Profile and update your address information.

How do I sign up for an additional free magazine subscription?

To select your additional magazine subscription, visit your Member Profile and manage your Opt-Ins. Cruising Club members are eligible for ONE (1) additional magazine subscription per membership year.

What is the Member Travel Portal?

The Marinalife Member Travel Portal is an online tool, powered by Priceline, that offers exclusive discounts on hotels, flights, car rentals and vacation packages. This is an exclusive benefit for Marinalife Members and offers deep discounts that can’t be found elsewhere!

To book discounted hotels, car rentals, flights, and vacation packages, visit the Member Travel Discounts portal while logged in to your Marinalife account.

How do I obtain my Sea Tow Gold Card Membership?

When you are enrolled in your Cruising Club + Towing membership, your information is automatically sent to Sea Tow for your Gold Card membership enrollment. You will receive a welcome email with your Sea Tow member number as well as details on how to log into your Sea Tow account to view your dashboard that includes local Sea Tow captain’s contact details as well as your other benefits.

Please call 800-4-SEATOW and provide them your name and either phone or email for additional towing membership assistance.

ONLINE ACCOUNT

Why do Marinalife Members have to register and/or sign in online?

You don’t have to sign in to visit many sections of the website, however only members gain access to all content on the site. Members need to sign in so we can recognize you as a member and provide complete access to all of the members-only content available online. If you try to access a section of the site that is for members-only, you’ll be prompted to sign in to gain access.

How do I change my email address or password that is associated with my Marinalife account?

To update your online account information, visit your Member Profile and select the information you wish to update. If you forget your password, you can send yourself a password reset here.
